Where do you ship?

I am based in Canada, but ship to the US and internationally. 

How can I be sure my fragile item(s) will arrive safely?

I have approximately 8 years of e-commerce experience, shipping both individual and large boxes of fragile items across the globe, including Australia, Asia, the Middle East, and even Russia! I have an excellent record of packaging items with extreme care so that they arrive safely. If, on the rare chance that there is damage in transit, I will work out a satisfactory resolution with you. Your satisfaction is my #1 concern!

How do you ship and what does it cost? 

Shipping within Canada is via Canada Post, via expedited post.

Shipping to the US is via either USPS or UPS.

Shipping internationally is normally by USPS small package first class international (for packages under 2 lbs), or priority mail. Other options are UPS, DHL or Fed Ex-however if these methods are chosen, there are increased costs. I can provide quotes for other options if desired. 

Tracking numbers will be provided. I do not ship items with no tracking. 

Shipping costs are provided at checkout-however if you are buying multiple items, I will combine shipping and refund shipping overages. 

For international destinations, shipping prices rise significantly once the package goes over 2 lbs. 2 sets of teacups and saucers can be shipped for the price of 1 (normally under 2 lbs).

Who pays for duties and taxes in my country?

The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in their country. Please ensure you have looked into these additional costs before purchasing. 

Can you mark my purchase as a “gift” so I don’t have to pay taxes upon receipt?

No-I will never do this. It is illegal to falsify customs declarations. Please do not ask.  

Can you please put a lower amount on the customs declaration so that I don’t have to pay duties/taxes in my country? 

No-I will not be able to falsify the price of your purchase as it is illegal to do so. Please do not ask. 

Do you accept returns? 

If there is an issue with the item being not as described when you receive it, please let me know as soon as you receive it and you can return the item to me for a refund. Once the item is received back in the same condition that it was sent, I will refund your purchase. 

If your item was damaged in transit-please photograph the packaging as you received it, and the damage to the item as soon as you receive it. I will refund your purchase.
