Returns
My biggest concern is for my customer’s complete satisfaction.
I endeavour to describe any issues with listed items (i.e. crazing, gold or paint wear), however if you are unhappy with your purchase once received, please let know what your concerns are within 5 days of receiving it, and I will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
I do accept returns within 14 days if: the item was not as described, or if the item was damaged in transit (a very rare occurrence). Please send me photos of the issues. Any damage that occurs in transit will require photo evidence so that I can submit a claim.
If you simply change your mind about purchasing the item once you receive it, you may return it to me within 14 days and the item cost will be refunded once the item is received back safely. Shipping costs, however, will not be reimbursed in this situation.
