This is a very unusual vintage 3 piece set-I’ve never seen one like it. A stacked creamer and sugar bowl made by Lefton, Japan. A pretty pink creamer and sugar bowl with an elongated handle. Drizzled gold detailing and pink roses and dainty china flower finial.
