Gorgeous antique plate by JP (Jean Pouyat) Limoges, made in France. Hand painted with a mythical woman in a beautiful gown riding on a large fish. The background is that of blue waters and a sunny sky. Jean Pouyat was a potter from 1842-1898. The only flaw on this plate is gold wear to the rim. 10.25 inches in diameter.
