This is an absolutely gorgeous piece: cobalt and gold tiered bowl or compote measuring approximately 10 inches in diameter and 5 inches high. The compote boats large white and gold blooms around the perimeter and on the base, silver detailing and a central cameo featuring a courting couple. Uncertain rep maker although most likely Germany-the maker’s mark would be underneath the pedestal base.
Excellent Vvintage condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. A bit of unevenness to the paint application on the bowl’s rim.
