What a gorgeous and rare Art Deco Paragon, made in 1931. The pattern is “Tulip” and is partly hand painted. An unusual step type of detailing on the outside of the teacup with thin yellow bands. Blue trim with a blue sponged handle. Pattern F2209. Reg No. 766314. This particular Paragon pattern is on display at the Victoria and Albert museum in Kensington, London. So special!
Excellent vintage condition-a few teeny white specks on the black delta of the teacup and one other small white spot on the saucer as shown. No chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. Both pieces ping nicely.
