Yes, this teapot has flaws-it has a chip on the ring around the lid. Because it is brown, I didn’t even notice it-but yes, there is a chip. However, I love this teapot, and you will too! This teapot is dark brown with a gold raised relief band adjacent to thinner pink bands.
As described above, there is a flaw with this piece so the price is reflective of these flaws-the price would be higher if not for this flaws. I try my best to describe any obvious flaws but it is up to the buyer to decide if the condition of our vintage or antique offerings meet their standards.
